Request for Increased Submission Allowance for Participants
Help · 19 Nov 2025, 10:47 · 2

Dear Competition Team,

We hope this message finds you well.

On behalf of participants in the current competition, we would like to request a possible increase in the total submission allowance. The current limit of 100 submissions for a month-long challenge is appreciated, but the nature of this particular task requires extensive experimentation, evaluation, and refinement to achieve reliable and competitive forecasts.

Given the complexity and iterative nature of model development—especially with weekly forecasting, pattern testing, and continuous performance optimization—many participants are quickly approaching their submission limit within the first week of serious experimentation. This may constrain active participation, learning, and improvement throughout the remaining competition period.

We respectfully request that you consider increasing the total submissions available to participants, even if partially or in staged increments. This would more effectively support deeper analytical work, fair competition, and allow participants to continue improving models without the restriction of running out of submissions early.

Anyone who supports this request is welcome to comment and add their voice so the need can be collectively acknowledged.

We sincerely appreciate your consideration and thank you for organizing a challenging, engaging, and educational competition for the community.

Warm regards, Competition Participants
