Can I use pre-trained models, that I personally trained ?

Is it against the rules to use pre-trarined transformer model that I would have personally trained? The source code of the pre-training process of this model is gonna be of course open as well,
you can only on the data provided by ZINDI, and if it is using less than 8 hours of pretraining on P100
"You may use pretrained models as long as they are openly available to everyone."
How does this work together with the following previous line?
"You may use only the datasets provided for this challenge."
If any openly avaliable pre-training is permitted, then any openly available dataset will logically also be permitted, as I understand things.
