Scoring based on submission of lowest score
Help · 29 Mar 2021, 20:41 · 3

First I want to say congratulations to the winners.

Two of my submissions were selected by default. The First one has a final score of 0.820533333333333 and the second one has a score of 0.819866666666667. While the first one has a better score, I still see that my rank in the Leaderboard is based on the second submissions, i.e the one with score= 0.819866666666667.

Am I missing something or you have any explanation for this ZINDI TEAM?

The new scoring rules they communicated will automatically select the best two based on public leaderboard if you don't choose your best two yourself. I'm guessing that's the cause.

Yes. That's what happened, but From the two selected the best scoring on Public LB. One has a better Private Score than the other. My current ranking is based on the selected submission with a private score of 0.819866666666667, But should be based on the other selected submission which has a Private score of 0.820533333333333.

Hi JM100,

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. We have fixed the error and rescored the leaderboard. Your best selected score now appears, and the winners stay the same. Our apologies for the trouble and confusion caused.
