JW300 usage allowed ?

Hi,

Are we still allowed to use JW300 yo-en data? (i'm confused because, in some other AI4D competition-Malwai news classification, it is not allowed). It will be really helpful if @Zindi tells us in which competitions we can use JW300 datasets and where we can't.

Can anybody explain how to work with this veird xml.gz.tmp extention for files in JW300. I can't get connected pairs of sentences for yo-en?
