I used Keras Tensorflow but the results were not comparable to fastai pre trained models. I'm not an expert in fastai but i can assume the difference resides in the fastai implementation of the models and their adaptive learning rate given the depth of th network !

Anyway I'll upload my solution to my git repo as soon as possible and will share th link with you ;)
