No one is willing to help, maybe we should hold a meeting (those who don't understand the dataset) and try to figure how to organize the data?

I had trouble understanding the data but from what I have gathered is that the train_target dataset "Target" column contains the actual wifi throughput target of the TP variables (ie TP1, TP2 etc).
