I checked out the speeding data for one of the quarters and i sure believe it could be useful but the issue is that we do not know specific locations as the features that points to that are all hashed. Meanwhile any useful ideas on how to harness this data would be warmly welcome
The coordinates that make up the boundaries for each of the locations is in the "Sublocations Boundaries"/"Hex Clusters Boundaries" files at the bottom of the page.
