For the weather : are we allowed to use the day-1 data for the test period (01/07/2019 --> 31/12/2019) or we should build our forcasting model ?
For the uber : are we allowed to use the month-1 data for the test period (01/07/2019 --> 31/12/2019) ?
Any one here guys can help me for these questions please ?
You should not use uber data that would be considered the "future." So you shouldn't use uber data that is after the training period.
You may use all the available weather data. In theory, a forecasting model can be built for the weather so we have given it to you "for free".
