@zindi, The starter notebook is not downloadable
Same here, its just taking me to an html page (which is a jupyter notebook)
the file is ok. it has been uploaded as a binary file instead of actual plain text notebook/html...we'll fix it.
Although, you can still download the file by clicking on the 'raw data' tab and then save the file on your computer. It'll be readable as a pure notebook.
