Thank you to those who have been persistent in asking if the reference file was correct. I made the unthinkable error and didn't double-check the Target type on the backend, which was being viewed as a string. It is meant to be a float.

The reference files have been updated and the number of daily submissions and overall submissions have increased to compensate for the error.

We are working on rescoring the submissions, all submissions should scale by at least 1000.
