"If you achieve a score in the top 10 for a specific topic in Phase One, your notebook submission will be reviewed in Phase Two by an expert panel, according to the following rubric:" , in this track the top 12 are tied with the same score so are the judges going to review them all? @Zindi
Hi @offei_lad, this challenge is about data storytelling, so in this instance the human panel will evaluate all the submissions in case of tie and adherence to the submission format will be strictly followed.
