@zindi please if am submitting multiple datasets as a single zip file, how do I Indicate it in the documentation; and how do I give each of the datasets a unique id to show that they are different datasets but belong to the a single documentation. Or do I have to create different documentations for each datasets?
Thank you.
It sounds like you have multiple datasets that are related to each other in some way. If they are related to each other it makes sense that you only need one single documentation.
You can decide how you want to do it. Just keep in mind that the judges would have to be able to make sense of your submission. The goal of the documentation to help people understand the dataset(s). It should address the motivation, composition, collection process, recommended uses, and most importantly an explanation on how you would expand this data set if you won the $1,500 research grant.
You can name your different files in a logical way before zipping them and reference the file names in your documentation to explain the logic of each. Thank you and good luck!
