I think there's a bit of error in the instruction.
The last paragraph says:
You should provide two files for each submission:
ONE txt file with the language data(or multiple files in the case of multilingual datasets)
ONE pdf file accompanying the datasheet that documents its motivation, composition, collection process, recommended uses, and so on. See this paper for further details.
If we're submitting a pdf accompanying the datasheet, shouldn't be that 3 (language data, datasheet, pdf accompanying datasheet) files? Also, isn't the datasheet file the same thing as the documentation? I think it should be :

Hi @angeloobeta. Thank you to you and everyone who has made submissions to this challenge! The judging panel has in fact already reviewed all November submissions. The TWO November winners have been selected and notified already. We are a bit delayed on official announcemnts because of the holidays.
You made your submission in December, so in the coming weeks the judges will evaluate all submission made in December and notify the winners. Please watch this discussion forum as well as our social media challenges this month as we catch up on winner announcments!

Hi wxPython,
The datasheet and documentation are the same thing.
Upload the language dataset and then the datasheet.
Thank you for your question!
Hi ZINDI I submitted my own dataset on Igbo Language;
which is one of the three major languages in Nigeria.
I submitted over five days now; I don't really know how and
when winners will be announced. Please can you throw more light
on how the winners are announced and on which day; I just curious.
I hope am not asking to much. Thank you.
