Can you explain more, I don't understand ? If using pretrained model is allowed, then where's the problem ?
That is very unfair @MICADEE. I would also need to know why someone would remove a pre-trained model that's openly available to everyone. I was also surprised to see that it is possible to be in first place in a competition with one submission.
