The location numbers don't have the same characteristics in that way with the numbers. They might have the same characteristics however if they have the same coordinates. What the locations mean is all the places the customer makes orders from, for example the way you can see Home, Work, School on certain mobile apps. The customer might order from home, school, hospital, etc. It is better to check the coordinates to be certain.
