RMSE(what's your best approach)

The problem with RMSE is that it may all come down to a single (few) outliar in the test dataset , this could potentially be an issue on lb and private score.What your best approach in these types of Situations
Did you use additional datasets? So far I'm just using the train and test datasets only. @Knowledge_Seeker101
