What is the definition of a participant?

This competition is open to anyone. However, prizes will only be rewarded only to AMLD Africa's participants - if get tickets and go to a few events am I 'a participant'
Anyone can participate in the hackathon (even those who havent registered through the AMLD Africa link for the Event session, but prizes will only be awards to participants in top teams that registered for the AMLD event and got the email with the secret code.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding..
You probably dont know but the competition is most likely done anyway.. its just an observation though but sometimes miracles can happen.
