Because Zindi uses the best submission on the public leaderboard to determine your private leaderboard score If you fail to select 2 submissions you're sure would perform on the private leaderboard.
I'm assuming the submission of 0.38 was the submission that gave you your best public leaderboard score(before hackathon end). If this is not the case then you can email zindi I guess.
because the competition is over. I think you were supposed to submit before the end of hackathon. Good job on your score
I mean after the end of the hackathon reflects 0.45 best solution but zindi people chose 0.38 why

I am a victim of this too. I was ranked with a submission which had a lower score yet I had other submissions which had higher score on the private.
