Please are we predicting 5 minutes into future from train sets or test sets. Also I see target columns with "free flowing " on both train and test. Isnt it suppose to be what we are predicting. Someone help me out

It is not practical or beneficial to forecast the next 5 minutes without access to the test segments. Moreover, using training segments that occur after a test period to predict that test period is strictly prohibited.
