Missing entries for some ID
have you been able to resolve it? I also have the same challenge

In my case, I encoded the donation ids but forgot to invert them to original values before creating the submission file.
And have you tried fixing that?

Could you please download the new files and point in which file there are missing "entries" and what exactly is missing?
I can see ID_1961_cholesterol_ldl_human in submission file for example and I'm not sure what is missing there..

Hi :) It doesn't make sense to me, but I followed the tip, in SampleSubmission.csv I replaced Reading _ID by donation _id and it worked.

I have tried all the aforementioned points.Yet it still the same time
And also,i tried to check the csv files, all entries were filled
May I know if the problem is the one discussed here?

How did you solve that please ? these ids don't even exist in Updated_Test.csv nor Test.csv
just replace reading ids w donation ids
