I am a real beginner in the field of spectroscopy, so I apologize if my question seems obvious to many :). I noticed that some absorption values have negative values, is it an anomaly?
Yes, I noticed in the Update_train.csv file that the minimum of the data range for many absorbances# was negative, which is not the case in the Update_test.csv file.
Sure you must remove it - it's not a real data. And regarding the 60 rows - it's the same donation - you can make average on all the 60 absorbance and use as one row of data like discribed in US_PATENT_DETAILS.pdf file
its can happen , but it's unusual. Did you see it in the data?
Hi @Maya

Yes you are rigth, anyway I see it only in donation_id 6824, correct me if i'm wrong - this donation data doesn't seems right, just remove it.
Removing this entry means deleting 60 rows of data. Should we still remove it - because it's not one entry.
