On this platform, the top solution availability is a factor of who top the competition. Some share their solution approach while some don't. Some not only even share the approach but a link to there work.
It is just not as active as we do see on kaggle where you can learn from top solutions by default simply because people share there solution freely there.
I think it's better to share knowledge by sharing our top solution to this community as well.

At kaggle platform, winners are required to share solutions. While others share solutions because they want to.
