Training time limit updated?

I think earlier training time limit was 9 hours with p100 gpus, and now changed to 8 hours. Is it updated or i just misread previously. As google colabs has t4 gpu and kaggle has A100, how to know whether our model will fit under 8 hours in p100 or not.

Kaggle has P100 not A100 I believe. So as long as it's under the time limit there, should be good to go

As I understand, using T4 from Kaggle kernel in against the rules?
As in explanation it is said that for example P100, so it may mean that A100 would also be
