@ wheelie life I believe publicly available notebooks can be used as a baseline, as long as you’re not sharing code or results between multiple accounts or collaborating outside an official team. The rule is meant to prevent cross-account code sharing, not to forbid learning from open resources. If in doubt, double-check with the competition organizers.
