EDA - qty_this_week in Train.csv is all = 0?

Hi, I am doing some EDA on the Train data set, and it looks like qty_this_week is all 0s? What does this mean, and am I doing something wrong?
never mind, i had to adjust the scales on my histogram to get a better view!
