Submissions taking too long to be processed

Am I the only one suffering from this? I have a sub that is still being processed even after nearly 30 minutes
waited 2 hours+

This is discouraging, around 1 hour. Maybe Zindi should take action

i think it is an issue with the cache of the site not just the evaluation issue, i got a submission that says evaluating after 2 hours but when i login on another device it was already evaluated but on my original device even refreshing the page still shows evaluating. @AJoel

My scores are taking about an hour now, seems a little better!
I doubt the issue is resolved; the behavior remains highly inconsistent. This is a current submission that has been scoring for over three hours.
Yeah, for the afternoon submission, I have been waiting 4 hours
Scoring times are inconsistent, ranging from about 20 minutes to roughly 3 hours. This is from my latest waiting session:
