I guess the flight ID should partain to an airline, and the aircraft code should be aircraft scheduled by an airline for a particular destination. You could have different aircrafts with a similar flight number wch means that those aircrafts have been scheduled for different destinations. Hence you could encode them using any of the categorical encoding techniques and/or use them to generate new features like the mean flight delays for an aircraft with such flight number and so on.
