It is pretty obvious after glimpse at training data to find out year '2020' is missing.
would it be possible for us to obtain data during 2020?
I'm assuming these records are missing because of covid pandemic. and organizers don't want training models to include these outliners.
I would appreciate if you could give us some explanations behind it.

Sales were severely disrupted in 2020 so the host does not want you to take the year 2020 into account. The years provided are more stable and will be better for long term use of the models from Zindi.
