Active flag in training data?

The training dataset attribute table includes a flag "Activo" for each entry. What is the meaning of this flag?
The meaning is that we are dealing with active runways. The original dataset included also abandoned runways, but for the challenge we only provided those that were active in the reference year.
Do you or anyone know if we should train our models to detect only active runways (ie, Activo=1) or active and inactive runways?
Since the training contain only active runways, the model should focus on those.
The 'Activo' column indicates the operational status of runways in 2024. A value of 0 means the runway is inactive in 2024, while a value of 1 indicates it is active. If the value is 2, it represents an error. The 'yr' column provides the year each runway was detected, offering additional context for assessing the runway's operational status over time.
