Hello participants!
Thank you for your patience while we prepared the AWS environments for your use and enjoyment. If you were within the top 100 participants of the challenge on 8 Jan, you should now have received an email from Zindi sharing access details for AWS services. If you did not receive the message, please check your spam folder! If you're sure you didn't get it, send us a mail on zindi at zindi dot africa and we'll confirm.
If you get stuck with the technical details or run into trouble, please make sure to use the Getting Started Guide that we set up at https://github.com/ZindiAfrica/AI-for-Equity-Challenges-Getting-Started-with-AWS-Resources. If you still can't resolve your issue, please feel free to DM us or reply to this thread to get help.
Best of luck, and may the best model win!
Can someone use aws resources? I can't log in to the console with username and console password
Hello @qianlan, please send us an email or DM explaining your issue in detail (screenshots will help) and we'll try to help you resolve it.
I've been having access denied issues all day @ZINDI
We've received your email and we're looking into it, thank you
I also can not launch Jupyterlab Space in Sagemaker. After creating Space, I got the following error when clicking "Run space".
Error updating space: [comp-user-3uxcs1-jupyter]

@ZINDI
Hi @Zindi it looks like we are not allowed to use the gpu resources on the aws. Am I right? I am able to use the general purpose instances only. Every time I try to use a gpu instance, I get this error
