I want to know whether the unseen documents will have the same format (.xlsx) and the same hierarchy (e.g., sections, table of content, etc.) or the model must be able to generalize on all types of documents.

Yes the unseen documents will be of this kind: (1) provide updates to the information already contained in the TGs; (2) additional TG in the same format. I hope this answers the question.
