csv error and rapid rank decline with each csv error

the submission pipeline is completely broken, even my pre accepted files are throwing malformed csv error, i even checked with a zip containing no csv and it is still throwing csv error. can you check that ??
also with each failed submit my rank is detoriating. why is this happening

now its working for submission but the rank inflation that ocured due to false submission is still unresolved, i was at rank 4 but after that multiple false submissions i went to rank 13,
please look at it
Remember your final rank is based on human evaluation and this will constitute the final leaderboard ranking.
