Need help with pytorch Baseline Notebook

I don't know if I'm missing something vita in converting the baseline notebook into a pytorch notebook. All I have tried so far does not really learn anything despite my experience with pytorch.
So, I have to call for help and avoid wasting time without clarity. Can anyone share a pytorch baseline code?
