Tanzania's longitude ranges from approximately 29∘29^\circ29∘ to 41∘41^\circ41∘ east. Please verify the longitude value and provide the correct coordinates for assistance."
Coordinates are transformed
as explained in the data section
"Please note locations geolocations and names have been masked to preserve the anonymity of the communities.".
So it looks like all the coordinates have been transformed to the new location (most likely in the middle of the ocean), but it should still maintain the original mapping of all the spots.
