There are several ways to decide which features will be in your model, and one of my favorites is recursive elimination.

For this competition I worked with Catboost.

Surprisingly, my analysis showed that it was safe to drop almost every feature, and so I did. This was the main reason I reached the top 6 with only 5 submissions

Tenure showed to be, by far, the most important feature.
