Unable to un-tag worst score and tag new good score on Public LB.
Help Ā· 30 Sep 2021, 11:30 Ā· edited ~1 hour later Ā· 5

@Zindi Kindly resolve an ongoing issue. My team was able to improve the score of this ongoing challenge just now. But we were unable to un-tag our worst score in order to tag our best score.

What's going on? We just hope that our worst score won't remained tagged till the end of this great challenge because this will be a total disaster. Though, we can all see a new Zindi platform interface upgrading which i hope it shouldn't affect un-tagging the worst score in order to tag the current best score.

Eagerly waiting and in anticipation to hear from @Zindi.

Thanks.

Note only the team leader can tag and untag scores.

@skaak Yes i know. But still nothing is working for my team as regards tagging and untagging our scores. Something needs to be done by @Zindi as all efforts right from day one will be counted wasted coupled with the fact that it remains just only three(3) days to end the challenge.

Oh I see - all our selections are also gone.

LB look the same?

I presume its a bug that Zindi will fix.

@skaak Great. I am so happy that you observed that now. Because having tagged worst score. Does that mean we're going to be adjudged by worst score instead of our best score since we are unable to untag worst score and tag the current best score? Yes i also presumed it's a very costly bug that @Zindi should fix in no time considering limited number of days to end this interesting challenge.
