Right click then save as will do the trick for you

You might as well click the link and on the new tab use Ctrl + S and you'll be able to save it on your machine. Worked for me!

@Kalyanbrata Just click on the Starter Notebook as it is at the right corner there. Then whatever it brings out, just right click and press save as. Lastly, put .ipynb at the end of whatever name you intend to save this Starter Notebook with. Hope it's clear now.
