Which is it?
In the resource restriction section, you said that using of pretrained models in not allowed, however in the full challenge rules section, you said the use of pretrained models is allowed provided they are publicly available. Which is it exactly?
Most times the "full challenge rules section" is a section that is replicated across all competitions on Zindi. Amy made a discussion here to clarify the rules: Resource Restrictions - Zindi. No pre-trained models are allowed for this competition.
