I wanted to clarify two things related to datasets:

1. Are we allowed to use publicly available datasets for the competition, or strictly use train dataset provided.

2. Are we allowed to create our own dataset along with the train dataset provided by various methods, like scraping from internet, custom rules, generating from allowed LLMs(Qwen 1.5b-32b).
