There is a problem with the submission file or with the evaluation metric, I have tried all possibilities, but I did not find the right answer.

Same issue. Can you please let me know how did you solve the issue? and what exactly should be the ID in the submission file?
In my opinion, title should not be blank/empty in the submission file
