Please correct me if I am wrong, my question is:
since there is absolutely no data provided for 2019-7,2019-8 and 2019-9 in any of the files, doesn't that make all the data provided in train file( except the combination to predict) useless?
Indeed, you're right. I haven't found use to them for now. But one could use them to create some aggregate features wrt site_code, product, region, ...
