Only 90 images in the test dataset

In the sample submission there seem to only 90 images while the in the train dataset there seem much more . Am I missing something ?

To add to the question why we only have 90 test data: we needed 4 experts to go with a 4-wheel drive that could collect 1-3 datapoints per day.

This is from the data collectors and host of this challenge.

Does this mean that the mode of collecting the biomass measurements is different for the training and test datasets?
