Can someone kindly post a working starter notebook from loading the data to submission? I am struggling to solve errors that someone else has already solved so that will save me time kindly.

I was given another notebook, but still has the import rasterio error, but someone was kind enough to send me the data itself that's what I have used. Looks like the starter notebook works for some and for some it doesn't
