Does anyone know if something like population data would count as third party data as it is not contained in the train/test csv files and would need to be accessed via API or online open source data sets?

I think they mentioned in the seminar that external data sets are not allowed. I am uncertain if this would fall under the same classification.

i believe you cant even rextract the data from their respective images from sentinel 5p
