Not able to download data files for training and test

Not able to download data files for training and test. It is always showing a pop to join and at last it says that you are already in
At this moment, I downloaded again some of the data files, without any problem.
But I am facing the same problem. When I click on the file to download. It is showing a pop-up to accept and join-in and then just closing the window.
You have to accept to join the competition before you are able to download the data.
