I've completed surveys but can't seem to send data, the app keeps crashing
I've restarted my device too, same issue
Hey analyst,
This problem has been a constant for some people unfortunately,
They had said that one can try sending one form at a time but besides I don't know,
They had also promised to send an update of the app, but days are going am not sure itbmay happen
It's been working before now, i tried sending 10 forms, it didn't work.
Last week i sent 20 forms and it worked.
Really frustrating
How do you send one form at a time in rural areas or forest reserves with no internet? I wonder how other people can send data for it to reflect on the leaderboard. I have changed devices, just to think that it's a device problem, but I have the same problem with all the devices I have logged into. For 4 weeks now, I have not been able to send data, and I currently have over 1000 records to send.
Have you been able to send data since this reply?
Not at all, i have tried everything. I'm just waiting for an update of the app. It has been a very frustrating journey for me & I hope something good comes out of this.

Yes, @Tum_Jackline, it's left with few hours to the close of the competition & we haven't heard from your outfit. I have not been able to send data after week 1. Countless complaints have been made yet nothing has been made to get the problem fixed. We definitely need answers. Kindly let us know what's going on.
I saw working on one form then the next was abit responding... the moment you say you want to send 100 the app would crash and hanging for a long time
Sending also one form at a time wasn't a solution, it still hangs and
Sending one by one form worked for me
The moment i tried sending at once, that's when the big problem started
