Hello Scientists,
Is the issue around posting data cutting across everyone or is it to a few?
When will the patched app be ready?
Will our submissions be still considered after the competition is over?
Can't speak for everyone, but i also have a problem with sending data.
We' will have to think its only a few of us
Had the same challenge this week
The app kept hanging and crashing
Meanwhile keep trying and trying at some point it will respond before misbehaving again.
Been trying for up to a week now.
Have you been able to post any??
Yes, keep trying it will behave for sometime before hanging again and then crash. Just keep trying
How many were you able to send at once?
I just tried it a couple of times now and it didn't work, kept hanging and crashing the app.

I've not posted all still checking the clock as i try and see if the app will respond

I tried over 100 times till it ended. Quite frustrating.
Restarted my phone too.
I don't understand how I didn't have a problem sending two weeks ago, but suddenly i can't send again?

My last batch was unsuccessful, so
I had the same issue. Had over 450 surveys that did not go through.
I am having the same issue too. Been trying for the past five days.
I fear I might lose my 150 completed surveys accumulated so far that I could not manage to send due to app crashing. Lost some ok the past after app reinstallation which I thought would help with the problem. @Tum_Jackline kindly assist us??
The clock is ticking but i got nothing to do about it.
I only have 12mins to make a submission but the app is crashing/not responding.
My question is @amini would the samples still count if the app responds in the morning?
I wish i maintained my routine of sending one by one as i did before, the last batch after trying to complete 100 then send at once was unsuccessful.
