I cant download the started notebook
Just open the file , right click , and click on save as and it should download the ipynb file.
Click on the starter notebook file. It will open in html page. Position your curser on the open html page, right click and select 'save as'. the python (*.ipynb) file will download.
From the given trained data, are we to choose any random 15 columns apart from the target to work with or are we to add 15 columns to the already existing columns without missing values
