"If the challenge is a computer vision challenge, image metadata (Image size, aspect ratio, pixel count, etc) may not be used in your submission.".
It seems that this competition is labelled as 'Computer vision' in the header, does it means that no any classical computer vision modifications on the images from the metadata are allowed in the submitted code ?
Could you clarify this sentence ?
doesn't necessarily mean that classical computer vision modifications are not allowed in the submitted code. It only specifies that modifications based on image metadata are not allowed. Classical computer vision techniques such as edge detection, image segmentation, or feature extraction may still be allowed and even necessary for the challenge.
