Scoring errors across multiple submissions

Hello, I wonder if there is an issue with the server used for scoring submissions. I recently made about 5 submissions and each took more than 30 minutes to get evaluated (as opposed to just a few minutes last week) and all of them threw a Scoring Error, even though I am using the exact same file format and approach to create my PDB submissions. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Hello @jahir . We had a look at the last failed submission (submission.pdb). I gues this is the pose you refer to? The submission failed for 2 reasons one predominantly, It contains two ligands. The other one is that the second ligand is stored as second model. When you load the pdb file into molstar.org, do you see a ligannd and a receptor structure on the screen? Maybe you can compare it with one submission that did not failed in molstar and see the differences in molstar. Could you send me one of the files which are failing so I can test it directly into the scorer? my email is n.lopezcarranza@instadeep.com

Hi @nlopezcarranza just wanted to follow up with you on the scoring errors I was having earlier. I re-submitted a PDB file which was previously scored successfully but it failed this time. Could it be that the server scoring my submissions is having an issue? Thanks in advance!

i faced the same issue. Reuploading the same file threw an scoring error. So I am sure that there is a server problem.
Any feedback concerning this issue would be appreciated.
